An intention to return a product must be expressed to Macron Sports Hub Manchester in writing and returned within 14 days.

 

All products must be returned in their original condition, fit for resale. Once the return has been made, a full refund will be given (excluding the original delivery charge) within 14 days, providing the items are in their original condition. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on swimwear, underwear or socks.

Customised products can not be exchanged or returned unless the goods are faulty.  All Club Shop and Club Badged items are deemed as customised products.

 

All returns should be expressed in writing by one of the following methods:

Any costs involved in exchanging/returning the product, providing it has been delivered correctly, must be paid for by the customer.
